Software Developer / Programmer (Online Product)
An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly capable and entrepreneurial software
developer, or a small team of developers, to revolutionise a unique product in exchange for a generous
long-term profit share.
There is potential for thousands of
dollars per month - many thousands, depending on your skills - in semi-passive income once the product is launched and running bug-free.
To be considered for partnering with us on this project you must be highly capable with respect to:
- Database design, management and security
- Online data gathering using (probably) AJAX
- Automated real-time processing of numerical data
- Automated real-time graphical and text report
generation
- Payment gateways that cater for multiple currencies, integrated with
a secure customer management and membership system.
You must also...
- Be very well versed in Microsoft technologies.
- Be inventive and of a strongly entrepreneurial bent, willing to absorb risk
in order to reap the rewards of your skills and efforts.
- Be efficient, clear-minded and systematic in your design.
- Adore clean, well organised, accurate code.
- Pride yourself on your ability to create software that is bug-free, and take full responsibility for this.
- Enjoy working quickly, and be able to deliver on promised schedules.
- Have a solid, demonstrable appreciation of the importance of simple,
intuitive, visually attractive web interfaces.
- Be enthusiastic about providing ongoing support and
ongoing creative development of the system post-launch, in exchange for a continuing profit share.
- Emphasise economy and pragmatism (- an understanding that stems, most
likely, from having run your own small enterprise
or from publishing your own successful software products).
You must be able to provide...
- All necessary software / development environments / other tools
and equipment required to create all elements of the product.
- Examples of existing projects/products created by you that we can examine.
- An honest assessment of your own strengths and weaknesses.
- Referees.
It is essential that you are very even-tempered, responsible and
reliable. You will need integrity and a pleasant personality that is in all ways conducive to an
equitable, profitable and enjoyable long-term relationship.
You will ideally be resident on the Northern side of Sydney, Australia.
