We have a special interest in assisting with the unique and considerable challenges of operating successfully in the legal profession, whilst sustaining personal wellbeing. 

There are particular pressures on women in the field, not just in the practice of their profession but with regard to surviving and thriving within the legal culture itself.

Programs range from $2,300 - $15,000.

Ad hoc assistance from $355 - $455 / hr.

Medical work brings with it a unique spectrum of stresses, from the emotion of patient care to hospital politics and legal fears.

Being in the public eye creates very unique pressures and challenges.  Insight Matters has a confidential service which supports those of public prominence. 

We give special attention to confidentially supporting people with succeeding - and staying sane and happy - in the entertainment industry.  This includes industry executives as well as successful performers and up-and-coming artists in film, television, music and theatre.   

This service is provided by our Director, Stephanie Thompson, an ex-speaker from the Australian Screen Directors Association (ASDA) annual conference.

Sports psychology performance enhancements for amateur and professional athletes in various sports. 

For teams and individuals. Optionally includes a selection of personal and lifestyle support interventions.

Who Will Be Your Coach?

We use only a small number of hand-selected Coaches, who are all Corporate Psychologists and/or ex-business executives.  All have been formally trained as Executive Coaches.  (See our Principal Executive Coach's profile.)

They also have access to some of the best diagnostic technologies available internationally, such as the Expert Psychological Profiler for Business.

Tips:  Coaching is becoming very popular as more and more people experience great results.  This means that all sorts of people are becoming 'coaches', often with as little as two days' training, or none at all.  This is usually referred to as Life Coaching, and is a much simpler although still beneficial intervention.  It is very different from the more substantive Executive Coaching.

As in any industry, coaches' skills and styles can vary considerably.  Shop around for someone who feels right for you.
