Who are Insight Matters?
 Headquartered in
cosmopolitan Sydney, Australia, Insight Matters
is a small specialist industrial psychology, executive coaching and
organisational performance
consultancy. We have been providing our unique and personalised services
to the Australian and international business community since 1999.
Founded and run by corporate psychologist Stephanie Thompson,
we have a reputation for ethics and tremendous technical rigour. We pride ourselves in equal measure on our
friendly and approachable delivery - we are nice to work with!
Although
we set high standards we also have a very keen sense of the practical, designing our interventions to be simple and enjoyable
for you to implement. We tailor what we do to match your organisation's needs, preferring
this personalised
approach over the more common 'one size never really fits anyone', because we want to
you to get real results and feel thrilled that you decided to employ us,
rather than someone else.
