It is written in culturally neutralised English, for easy international application with both first and second language English speakers.  It’s suitable for use in the UK/Europe, America/Canada, Australia/New Zealand, Asia, Africa and elsewhere that English is spoken.

Expert Profiler produces a variety of full colour profile charts, including:

 Profile Types:

  • Self Profiles – a job applicant or coaching client's self-report (description of themselves).

  • 360° Feedback Profiles – something that Expert Profiler is famous for – precise and easily understood multi-rater comparisons of Self, Boss, Peer and Staff ‘Observer’ data.  

  • Team Profiles – compilations of team data.  Choose from ‘Anonymous’, ‘Team Initials’ or 'Team Averages'.

 Chart Types:

  • Personality Scales – the 29-scales that form the foundation of Expert Profiler.

  • Job Functions – 18 generic job competencies, such as Marketing, Strategic Thinking and Emotional Mastery (EQ – Emotional Intelligence).

  • Thompson Team Tens (TT10s) – our proprietary Team Types for team building, development and planning.

Training

No training is required as our specialised consultants manage the whole process for you.

However, if you are an I/O Psychologist or other Human Resources specialist who would like to operate independently and interpret the data yourself, you can attend one of the excellent Expert Profiler training courses to become certified.
