Expert Profiler's unique psychometric 'nipsative' question format and 'British standard' statistical trialling offer superior accuracy over other tools. 

Results include an automatic peer-group comparison, so that you can see your staff relative to what is normal for other professional working people.

It is written in culturally neutralised English, for easy international application with both first and second language English speakers.

Comprehensive

Expert Profiler produces very individual profiles. It includes 29 Personality / Behavioural measures which describe how a person thinks, works, relates with others, and their emotional style. 

Plus it now has 18 Job Function scales, 10 Team Types and Customised Competencies such as Leadership, Sales, Technical and Career scales.

Expert Profiler takes about 25 minutes to complete.  (It has 261 items organised into 87 question groups.)

  Training

No training is required as our specialised Consultants manage the whole process for you.

However, if you are a pre-trained I/O Psychologist, Coach or HR specialist and would like to be able to interpret the data independently, you can attend the Expert Profiler Upgrade Day to be certified to do so.

  • Self Profiles – a person's description of themselves.

  • 360° Feedback Profiles – something that Expert is famous for – precise and easily understood multi-rater compilations of Self, Boss, Peer and Staff ‘Observer’ data.  

  • Team Profiles – compilations of team data.  Choose from ‘Anonymous’, ‘Initials’ or 'Averages'.

Chart Themes:
