This is the correct course
for you if you have had little prior training in
personality profiling. You will get a grounding in modern
psychometric theory, plus lots of hands-on practice
using personality profiling for recruitment and

Recruiter Camp
For professional recruiters – two days
This is the best course if
you intend to use profiling only to inform recruitment
decisions, and will not be working with people
developmentally. You will cover the same material as the first
two days of the
People Specialist course.
Expert Upgrade Day
Expert Profiler intensive for experienced
psychometricians – one day
This is for you if you
already have a good grounding in the use of personality
psychometrics in professional contexts. It fast-tracks
you to competence using
Expert Profiler.
